Many cars are washed and waxed regularly. Some owners inspect every detail except for license plate screws. For some reason these fasteners are allowed to deteriorate and look tired. If you car’s license plate screws are looking old, it is time to spend a few dollars a put some permanent sparkle on your tags.

Our license plate screw sets are made of stainless steel to eliminate rust. The bolt heads are extra large to cover elongated holes in the plate and/or frame. There are special washers included in the kit. These washer have a neoprene cushion fused to the stainless steel base. These specialized devices are designed to help eliminate license plate rattle. They can be installed on either the front or back side of your plates.

If your license plate fasteners thread into either plastic or vinyl, then these are what you need. If your bolts thread into metal, then these screws probably will NOT work for you.

You may think that you could locate license plate screws locally and that may be true. However, large head stainless steel screws are not easy to find and certainly not cheap. Neither are stainless steel washers that are sandwiched with rubber. If you end up driving around to locate what you need, you will burn up expensive gasoline and waste your day.
